Substitution Policy
FLOWERS - If substitutions are needed because a flower in your chosen design is out of stock and we are unable to obtain it, the same style, feel and color scheme using another flower will be used to fill your order.*
*This does not quite apply to roses sold by color choice in dozens. It is rare, but if we are unable to obtain the color of your choosing, we will first call you with alternate options. If we are unable to reach you after several attempts, an alternate color will be chosen for you.
PLANTS - For our green and blooming plants, we embrace the same philosophy, ensuring the substitution matches the original’s value and spirit, even if it means delivering a different color or a plant that’s just as unique.
ORCHID COLOR CHOICES:
Color choices are subject to greenhouse availability. We ask for the right to choose the very best color option when ordering a color orchid over white. This allows us to pull the most exquisite plant in an superior color to fill your order.
Timed Delivery Requests
Flower orders requiring a specific time for delivery must be placed in advance BY PHONE 704-907-0757.
- A 3 hour delivery window is required to accommodate any unforeseen variables on delivery day.
- Requests for timed deliveries between 9am and 5pm will be charged an additional fee beyond the normal delivery charge.
- Requests before and after hours will be higher.

- Requests by email or after placing an order online can not be honored
Charlotte Blossoms Return And Refund Policy
Here at Charlotte Blossoms, we know the value you place on satisfaction therefore we stand by the quality and essence of our offerings and wish to convey our deepest appreciation for your patronage. If your order is not satisfactory, we kindly offer a 48 hour guarantee to make it right.
Please report any issues with your order within 48 hours of delivery.
Should the splendor of your plant or arrangement falter within 48 hours of delivery, we are poised to deliver a replacement while respectfully retrieving the plant or arrangement in its original container.
If your expectations remain unmet and the replacement is not accepted upon delivery, it will be returned with our sincerest and most humbled apologies and a refund for the original item price will be issued within 3 - 5 business days if not sooner.
Refunds will not apply if a replacement is accepted or if any item is not returned in its original container.
Order Changes And Cancellation Requests
All requests for changes or cancellations MUST be made in advance by phone.
Changes and cancellations are not available for orders already in production, delivered or out for delivery.
When we are required to obtain specific flowers to fill your order. we are unable to honor changes and cancellations.

Recipient Information
We kindly request the recipient's phone number when placing your order. In today's age of mindful interactions, some recipients may hesitate to open their door, even to the most enchanting array of flowers. This is understandable.
Our flower delivery drivers are trained to assess the variables of the situation and handle it with care. If the situation is right to decide to leave the flowers in a safe space, they will promptly notify the recipient of their special delivery. This ensures your gift finds its way into the right hands, maintaining the element of surprise and delight.
Please know if you place an order without the recipient's phone number, a wrong number or your number in place of the recipient's phone number, we will attempt but can not guarantee delivery. Redeliveries will require an additional delivery fee.
If a new delivery address is given outside of our delivery range, only 75% of the original item will be refunded minus the delivery charge.
